Every site available for what they call "Perms" is different prices it depends on the site because they're different sizes and locations in the campground so its different prices.. I have family thar lives there as Perms for the last 12-15yrs and they seem to love it. So it will be something you'll have to call about. Only down fall is consider the FLOODING in advance you may have to pull out when the water rises as my family does... The new owners are in progress of helping with those issues, he is also making many new changes and upgrades the campground I getting better by the day under new management.
