It's a public Park so I don't see why not if you use consideration for others with your music and clean up after yourself.
They can't tell you that you can't because it's a public park opened to anyone. We just had a birthday party there a week ago and the only thing Southeastern Police asked us to do was clean up after ourselves when we was finish and be courtesy to others around us.
