Being a restaurant I wouldn't think they would allow dogs inside. They do offer outdoor seating tho, maybe dogs are allowed out there.
No the health department would not allow them to allow dogs. Unless it is a service dog.
It is not pet friendly however legitimate service dogs are allowed in every restaurant
The county health dept doesn't allow dogs inside any food service place unless it's a service dog and the county doesn't recognize emotional support dogs as service dogs.
I'm pretty sure it's not, unless it's a service animal.
