I would think all you would do Is go to the service desk. It's located at the front of the stores
Just go to to the customer service desk at the front of the store. Have your id with you in case they ask.
Go to the customer service counter. If the order is small then they may have the pick up there. If it is larger then they will call the people in the backroom to bring it up front to you.
