Vegan italian finger foods? Need to pick up by 8am

There is a health food section, but it's very limited. Produce department with a large selection. Location has olive bar, but that's basically it. Not many selections for vegan prepared foods. Better off at Central Market or Whole Foods. Location is 24 hours, Central Market opens at 8am and Whole Foods as well.
