Yes there is RV parking. I believe it's around $40/night.
Yes and an excellent place to camp. Don't know the RV cost as we tent camp, but this is our favorite place to camp within an easy drive from KC. Has a great lake for fishing or swimming. Trails for hiking. And a nice shower/bathroom facility. They also host periodic ranger talks on topics like local wildlife and plants.
