Why can't I speak to a actual person at the location where I'm ordering the pizza instead of people in other countries.

I'm a Pizza Hut worker and our lawn service only has so many rings before it is sent to our International hotline every time one of our stores has one of those marks scored against it it goes up to the head people and lets them know how accurate people are are at answering our phone service sorry if there has been an inconvenience I work at the Covington location and Tyler Square you're around here and call our store I promise you will answer within the first three rings

They usually forward it to the national line if the local store doesn't pick up in time.
