You go back to the desk where you signed up at and tell them to assign you a pin number. You pick your own four digit number
Pin number are usually issued at the front desk in guest service at the actually casino.
The lady that signed me up asked me what was my favorite color was nothing about a pin number
You made it when you signed up for a player card. If you do not remember it you will have to go back to where you signed up for a card to have it reset
