I think Tuesday thru Saturday. Google search them and you should get their days and hoursopen.
Definitely call ahead (early) for dinner and wine tasting. They have limited numbers because they make everything fresh so they have to start cooking some items long before dinner. The wine tasting ends at 4PM so they can focus on getting everything else ready for dinner. The wine/gift shop is open though.
