I depends on how far the hotel is for the customs terminal. The prices vary from Company to Company but if u purchase around trip. Example for pick up from the hotel and back to hotel or airport the price is cheaper. I would call a few companies to see what the best price is and if they are offering any special deals.
Most every hotel near the cruise ports have a shuttle to and from the ports, but i am not too sure about special packages or prices. I would suggest calling the cruise line that you are sailing with and asking them if they have pre negotiated deals with anyone. You are more likely to get a better deal that way.
