I tried to do an online reservation but it wasn't working so we just went and didnt have any issues. I would recommend doing reservations if possible.
We visited on a Tuesday and there was not enough people to warrant a reservation. Though it is recommended in the web site. But if you are going on a weekend I would recommend it.
Not really. But you can do so online. Either way it's $5.50 per person to go out in the fields to pick apples and pumpkins
