They deliver anywhere within city limits. If you are having an even that is outside of Mt. Vernon city limits that would be a large order they will usually make accommodations for you in those circumstances.

They deliver 5 miles from the store and the delivery fee is now $3.25, which the convenience fee doesn't go to the driver. The convenience fee is the insurance Pizza Hut has to pay for the drivers. So it's not a tip
I worked there in 2014 and the delivery area was a 5 mile radius of the store. But that was years ago. Definitely call to see tho. And yes on delivery charge, but its included in ur cost. (And dont forget to tip ur driver)
