I called this place because I found a post it note on my desk Saying to call it, when I called it, the lady on the other end was very rude and asked if I was pranking her, why are they so rude? Is that the gimmick or...?

They have always been very nice at this restaurant. We are treated like family and the food is excellent.

It could have been the tone of your voice, or they were busy and/or tired. They have always been friendly and helpful when I was there. Hope have a better experience the next time you visit!
