Yes it is open. You should call and get on the waiting list. I think the park is full.

Right now, everywhere is booked up. I'm hearing that some campgrounds, even in hammond, has over 100 on waiting lists. I suggest you call each day, since some leave, and some cancel their spots. As for rates, I have found them very reasonable, and better than most.
