food was mediocre and the service was aweful,when we first came in there were only 3 people working making pizza that came out soggy and full of grease,

Ask them to make you a fresh pizza of your choice...

Definitely ask them to make a fresh one. They'll give you a number to put at your table and a server will bring it to you when it comes out.
