We have always had a great experience with the staff and so far all the product's we have purchased from there. The staff has always been eager to help us with anything we need. Sorry you've had such a bad experience.
I've never had a bad customer experience. If anything the opposite they have always been ready to help with my lack of knowledge on sports and the equipment needed and the need for my kids to get the right equipment.

I've never had a problem with customer service although they prices are kind of a bit High but I've always had great service every time I went there... The one thing that I do like is that they honor prices!!
I've never been treated badly or had a bad experience with them. there prices are high on some stuff but that is our go to place for our kids sport items.
