Lots of time to stop n rest between each cat.. and each time you walk to the next spot it's not very far away
It's packed granite gravel. Shouldn't be too hard for someone pushing a wheel chair, few spots might not be as easy. Specifically the building you go through, think you go through a sliding glass door, IIR. Lots of sunshine plan appropriately with lots of water, maybe an umbrella if sensitive. Most of the exhibits have cover, but it's not always enough for the tourists present.
Also there are benches when you stop to hear about the cats.
It is by foot. Not sure a wheel chair would be easy to push through it, but you could try it's mostly grass and gravel.
It is relatively small area. Even though the guided tour is on the foot each cage has benches to sit down. Wheel chair is also possible
