They have a presence at the Houston Rodeo, and a year round reataurant in Houston. http://www.poloniarestaurant.com If you go to their website, you will see that the owners of the Pub in Polonia at TRF is owned by the same people whom have the polish restaurant in Houston, and they have a polish food operation at the Houston Rodeo, just as I stated. The TRF location specifically is only available during the current 9 week run that TRF is open, but their amazing polish food is available ELSEWHERE all year round at their restaurant in Houston!
The proper answer was given by Trisha. No, the Polish Pub at Polina is not open outside of the TRF season. The places inside the park are all closed except for the main season and special events.
