I have never used carry out so I'm not sure. Most places do use the per pound system, though.

I remember it being a flat fee. It was about the same as the buffet, around $13 or $14; you just fill a plate. It's been a while since I took take out from them. Over 5 years ago.
Its a set price. They give you a container for your meal then one for soup. But it's a little pricey. If I remember correctly its about $14-$15/ per person.
I'm not sure the price. But it is definitely by the pound. Try the jalapeno chicken!!

I can't remember the amount but they did have a sign next to the register when you come in showing they charge by the pound. I remember it was extra for seafood.
Take out is per pound. Been a while since I've done it, but that seems to be what I recall.
