I am considering becoming a permanent rv park resident in a park model trailer and looking for a quiet, clean and safe place to live. do you have any park models for sale already on a lot? what is your annual fee?

I am a annual resident, park is gated, nice people. They're private places for sale, annual fee around $3000. Office closed til April 1st.

I believe you bring in your own or can buy if someone is selling. The yearly is around $3000. It is quiet and a few live there year round. You do have electric to pay monthly. I do not have a place myself my father does.
