What stores was on the 3rd floor

It depends on which side that you are if you are on the side of the Target on the third floor you have Chuck e cheese's and if you are on the other side on the third floor you have Burlington coat factory

3rd floor has public restrooms and the food court. Chuck E. Cheese's is on 3 also

First let me say this.. Atlantic Mall does NOT house a Trader Joe's. Trader Joe's is in the heart of downtown Brooklyn on Gold street. The third floor on the side of target has a Chuck E. Cheese. The third floor on the other side has Burlington.

Marshalls the leather coat shop which was closed and as you come back through the ramp you see the DMV and you come back through Target and take the elevator back downstairs and come outside on Flatbush and Atlantic

Marshall's and DMV are on the 3rd floor Atlantic Center which is across from Atlantic Terminal. Trader Joe's is at the City Point Mall downstairs.
