Teach your employees how to properly bag groceries I'm tired of getting home and fruits and vegetables are smushed or bruised up.Cannot stand when meats or chicken is bagged with boxed products or cleaning supplies

You can ask for surtton items to be double bagged plus sometimes once it's in your trunk it gets slashed around the bags are my responsibility once there in my car or truck

Actually Alejandro is correct u never bag the dry food with the cold, the sackers don't get trained to bag your groceries and bagging dry and cold food together is just crazy and most don't even notice it's not proper and others don't care that do know and just want their things bagged no matter what, is just disturbing to me and contrary to believe many don't have common sense and many that do lack to use it, so I think I'll call or go by and speak to the manager about it and see if the manager would be willing to help and correct, but next time watch the name tag while being bagged that way u can go ask for a manager and address the issue at hand during the event and the manager can work with each person then., Have a great and thanks for paying attention.

Remember these are young men and women, and they’re learning. We don’t know how they’ve been trained or not. (which isn’t their fault). I used to get frustrated too, until I remembered my first job at 17! So, I tried a different approach. I introduce myself, and ask theirs. call them by name and now they know I respect THEM! (remember YOUR first job?). I try to help the sackers out, give them some tips, kindly talk with them. They’re talking with me about school, friends, home and more relaxed. Whether at the grocery store, the pizza delivery person, your kids’ teacher, etc, a little kindness goes a long way! I need help getting my groceries to the car. By the time we’re done, I know their name, school, “how their mom or grandma likes their groceries,” and they know me. My groceries are bagged perfectly every time! A compliment, not criticism makes a better employee. Try being encouraging next time.

You can speak to a manager or just ask the bag person to be careful most people have the common sense to say something but i Guess not but have a nice day and enjoy shopping

I don't work for heb and way don't you tell the sacker how you won't it bagged

Common sense if that's your job bagging groceries than do your job someone doesn't have to remind you every time how to do your one simple job
