You can either go back to where you first got it and pay the fees to renew it which is $50 through the Arkansas department of health or you can go to a new doctor as long as you have still got the qualifying condition. As for me my doctor would not approve or even look at my application so I gathered my own information and went around him. It's your right to get your own medical records.
AR Cannibas Clinic does renewals. Usually, the same doctor you went to when you first got your card.
