To qualify for the free meal on your birthday you must be a registered player and have a player card with activity. The membership card is free to join just go to the resort club desk and register.
Yes as far as i know.. I always get dinners for my birthday. But it might have something to do with your card or points or how much you play. I dont think a person can just walk in off the street and get a free meal due to it being their birthday.
