How come if i buy a new headset and return with receipt. I cant get the extended warranty back also. Seems unfair its a item just like anything else?

You should still have the warranty on the product you just don't get it extended passport the warranty and if it's a BlueParrott just call Blue Parrot they'll replace it for you for free
