Ues tents are allowed i have even seen people hammock camp
That is a question i can't answer. I do know that Cotton Hill camp grounds on the south end of the lake offer tent sites with public showers and bathrooms. They have recently redone alot down there. I use to take my boys there and pitch a tent. Hope that helps. Oh yes they have their own private boat landing.
