Yes, They had all the lights on the night after Thanksgiving. It's from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Week days to see the trees and stuff and from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday through the Holiday Season. Hope that helps.

Yes, the park is currently decorated. I believe it's open until 10 pm.
