Definitely stop by the security office located next to the restrooms in the food court area. To be honest though, having known Visalia very well, it more than likely was not turned in. The thieves either took the bag home or went to that store, returned the pants, and kept the cash :( Security might have caught it on camera, so like I mentioned above, visit the security office for sure.
Your phone number got caught off. Check woth the store the pants came from someone might have turned them into the store. Its happened before with me. Also check with mall security. Worse case you might be able to dispute the charges with your bank or credit card. Hope you get some help.

You can go back to the mall and communicate with the mall security. They will know if your bag was turned in. But, to be honest it, it likely wasn't turned in.
