If you are that upset you need to speakor tell the managet. That way the staff can learn a better way.
I believe that there is a lack of training i the fast food industry, so employers hire just to have bodies. You find that service everywhere. People want a paycheck not job they have to work so they do as little as possible. Work ethics are gone .
Lack of communication with an actual person. Proably communicates with texting.
No, not all of them are dumb. Some are new and in training.
Interesting you say that because I've had the opposite happen to me, I live close by so I go there often enough and rarely have had my order incorrect. Now watch, I've just jinxed myself. 😉 At other locations though, I've had a few more issues.
