You can look at the menu ahead of time by visiting their website or when you go there, sometimes they ask if you have been there before if not they walk you through the steps. It's pretty simple. If you want a salad (mod size is big or a mini small which is still very filling), you pick your greens and anything else you want on top of it like chicken, corn, peppers etc. Think of it like a subway. It's the same concept. If you want a pizza, there's a mini, a mod which is a lot and then there's the double. Same concept put whatever you want on it. The no name cale and the lemonade are DELICIOUS! you should try them. I hope this helps.
