How long does a pizza place keep you in hold when you call? This Vito kept me on hold for over 6 minutes. Thats not good business practice.

If it was on one of their busy nights then 6 minutes is not bad if they were trying to take someone else's order on the phone. Someone else might have been placing a large order,so you have to think about that too.
