No idea, I saw that also. There was a woman on the entrance to the park to 'remind' us. I fed them anyways by the pond
The caution is for leaving food behind which the rats feed on. Nobody wants to feed the rodents.
Was there 8/6, only signs were not to drop seed on ground, and was advised by a staff member to only use sunflower seed
