Head to the guest relations desk for contact info

Ask any merchant, or go to the customer service desk The security officers are typically very visible and easy to find. One is always riding around on a Segway and there are always one or two lurking near the high-end stores like Gucci and Cartier. For more serious issues, the Boca Raton Police Department has a substation at the mall and their officers do foot patrols through the mall as well.
