Why do the service take forever? And the staff are rude?

The staff there are really rude but the food is really good even do it takes a lot of time all Haitians restaurants are like that

Asking for the manager is not going to help. I've been there multiple times and the service is always the same(badly). The food taste great and The next Alberte is all the way in Ft.lauderdale; only reason i come back. Always call in for your order and add an additional 10 minutes to the time they give you.

Sorry to hear that maybe call it in next time and maybe ask to speak to a manager about the service.
