Once the background check is completed we will reach out to have you select a spot. While not the cheapest our rates our competitive and comparable to Campgrounds with similar amenities (30x 50 Inground pool, 70’ jumbo jumper air pillow, 25’ Gaga ball court, non stop activities and much more)
Yes they have seasonal spots and rates. Contact the office for seasonal rates, they change yearly. Buy a season rate if you're spending 3 or months there. Worth it.
I paid 450/ month plus electric. Not sure about a yearly rate
