Are you allowed/ are there good spots to go creek stomping? Also, are they deep in the trail or closer to the edges?

There is the main creek at the start of the trail and a few feeders... But you need to watch the property lines it does go on the edge of private property at one point... I kinda think they don't mind but just so you know

Yes they're are Creeks you can walk in. Swimming is now allowed. This is a conversation area and special regulations apply so be sure to read them. Missouri has a permissible wildlife code meaning if it does not say you can do something then it is illegal. If going off trail remember to be mindful of both hunting seasons and hunters. Deer season runs from September 15th to January 15th, so this would be a bad time wear the color brown or white. Turkey season is 3 weeks in the spring and a bad time for red, blue, white, or black. Various small game seasons run throughout the year. There is a creek next to the parking lot and deeper in. Most of the creek areas are dry by late summer or when we haven't received much precipitation.
