They open at 12 on Wednesday and close at 5. You buy wristbands at the gate and there are plenty of places to rest and sit.

Yes..you can purchase wristbands on arrival. They have tables with umbrellas and benches and picnic tables scattered throughout the park. Online there is a list of open and close times by date.
