Does the camp ground do Canoe rental or tube rental for the river for people staying at camp ground? If so is there a start point and a pick up point back to camp ground? Thanks for any info.

Yes

They rent canoes/unsure about tubes. We've done trips where we've been transported by bus and the canoes are transported by trailer several miles upstream. From there it's a very leisurely all day float/paddle with several sandbars along the way depending on the water level. The ending is a nice small sandy beach back at the campground. They may have other options but this is our experience.
