Last night we stayed at this hotel and found a roach, they didnt bother to give me another room and was still charged. Never staying again.

We stayed there in February and had a great stay with no problems.

Sorry to hear about your bad experience. I still there for a month I didn't have any issues. They should have gave you another room. Wish you the best next time.
