To confirm, you mean High Shoals in Dallas, GA right? Not the more popular High Shoals Falls in North GA? If so, I agree that you should visit first and really think about the layout. I think if it's just you as a couple and a few other folks you definitely could. You'd have to be ok with kids and other people being around, coming, and going. Its not a place to hold a reception nor is it private. It is a great place for engagement/wedding photographs!
