If you are under age you parent's or your legal guardian has to be with you. At some establishment your legal guardian has to show some type of proof.
I'm pretty sure Perry will as long as they have proof they're the parents. Some parents last name is different than the child's for various reasons, so I suggest taking ID for parent and child & birth certificate of child showing the parents names. Also I would call ahead to ask questions. Just to be sure. They are really nice and would be able to answer any questions you may have.
