We do have gluten free soy sauce that doesn’t have wheat in it. We clean the grill between meats and veggies. Even though we do this you can not be 100% sure there will be no trace of regular soy sauce on the food. We do have regular customers who must have a gluten free diet and they are happy with their meals from us. What restaurant are you wanting to go to? Just let them know ahead of time that you are coming to help ensure extra precautions are taken. Thank you.
