Yes and they provide bags at the office for when your dog does his or her business free of charge... I bring my dog the leash can't be more than 6 ft.. But if you do what i do is put a rope back away from the road then they have more room to run i pull in the spot with almost enough room for another car and he couldn't go to the road and had plenty of room to act like a goof ball .
Yes they must be on 6ft leashes at all times if you're camping I have had them look the other way on using a longer lead in the campground that is unofficial though
