My teardrop is only 4ft x 8ft. With a 4ft tongue. That AFrame is bigger.

Did not know this but getting a camper unit into most of the sites would not be easy at all. And a steep hill going in and out.
Not unless the rules have changed very recently. No travel trailers allowed and the smallest are included in that list. So, not even the smallest of teardrops are allowed. We bought an A-frame because of that rule which is allowed.
