Yes you can.. Set it up at the desk... They may not be able to accommodate you for a ride to the Airport that early... But sure they will help

Why not just ask the motel? This seems to be a question area for the public at large. I would talk to them before leaving my car, it isn't the safest area.
It sounds reasonable but in order to be sure you won't get towed away, getting a statement from the motels manager would at least offer you some piece of mind.
I think so. The pakjing lot seems to be automated/ticket based. But if you want a ride to the airport via shuttle, you need to prearrange it for that late/early TOD
