The parking lot is open on Sat & Sun from 8 am to 5 pm. Anderson Marsh Parkway provides ample parking but I wouldn't advise parking there. Numerous car break-ins have occurred (not to be an economic snob but Lake County Social Services is just down the road.."it is what it is"...)
It is FREE TO ENTER . Park in steret shouder
During weekdays cars & trucks zoom pretty recklessly down the road and unfortunately the shoulder is not marked separately from the travel lane. You would only know to park there if other cars are parked there already. When we arrived on a weekday, we were the only visitors and it was quite unwelcoming. No designated shoulder (let alone designated spaces), and no signs indicating where it WAS ok to park. Both Anderson Marsh Parkway (why does a single office building and s state park need a "parkway" when a simple blacktop road with gravel shoulder would do?) and the paved road into the park are overbuilt by about 50% and that encourages careless driving.
No cost to walk the trails but cost to park in the parking lot. However, you can park free on the street.
I don't think it takes any money maybe they would take a donation or something very cool place lots of very fine Native American areas
