Is all of Rosenburg still flooded, there was a barracade blocking off a big dip that goes under a rail road track off of Alt-90 East. I could not get through?

Roads are slowly opening up depending on water levels and the Brazos River. I can say most of HWY 90 is open but i did not take it going towards Rosenberg, so it is still possible some parts of 90 are still closed. Check on google maps and the waze app to see if they are still closed.
