Is it worth going to (will the children be miserable and stuck outside) if there is a prediction of rain that day?

The alligators will usually hang out in the water and still eat the food if you come on a rainy day. If it is a cold and rainy day, then the alligators won't really do anything. We definitely recommend coming on a sunny day.

Everything is outside, it's probably best described as a guided tour zoo/Sanctuary.
