No, swimming is not allowed. Fellows Lake is part of the water supply and as such does not allow swimming. While boating is allowed you are encouraged to get out of the water quickly and back into your boat should you tip out

Pretty sure there is swimming allowed. Maybe further west than the boat docks. No fireworks.
