I finally spoke with the owner after the first few times it happened to me. He recommended using the reloadable by app or in location dispenser at the back of the room where you can put your money in and have a card dispense to you and like I said it's reloadable by the app you can even monitor the machines you have washing from the app and drying and get notified when they're done but as far as if you used your own debit card and you're having the same exact issue I had with the 10 dollar deposit if you will double check your statement either in a day or I can't remember how long it took mine it may have even took two days last time it will correct itself and it should still be showing as a pending $10 when it completes as a final charge it did accurately represent the right amount and I truly didn't know that that would be the case but the owner was nice enough to reimburse me but then my card activity changed to be accurate - oope
